What if I want to exchange my shoe?
If the shoes are not the right size or you would like a different color or model, you can place a new order and return your first order for a refund.
Was your order subject to promotional conditions that have now expired? Please contact us. We will check whether the shoes you want are still available and reserve them for you.
You can then return the shoes to our address and when we receive them, we will send you the others.
